Filed under: General, Home And Family, Travel And Leisure — Paper Euphoria @ 3:10 am

A trip to the breath-taking lands of China is considered to be the trip of a lifetime by Western civilizations, so it’s good to make use of a trip if one should decide to depart. But to do so, one must first become familiar with their options from the experiences of others and travel agents alike.

The Great Wall is a widely known Chinese attraction, simply due to the sheer curiosity it gives all those who learn of the structure. It’s massive length is one thing, but the height of the structure is quite impressive- taking many years to build many hundreds of years ago. It is one of the top attractions that are a “must see” while in China, as reported by travel agents and travelers alike.

Just as popular as The Great Wall, travelers also agree that The Forbidden City is required in viewing to complete a vacation. The city itself is rather massive, and surrounded by large defensive walls. Courts, greenery, statues, and exciting pieces of architecture are all wonders to look at while browsing the city. The Forbidden City is quite popular, so do expect to wade through crowds on a typical day of the attraction being open.

For more of a lengthy sight seeing tour, one might consider exploring the rivers and seas of China. In particular, the Li River is popular for its long stretch of beautiful scenery. The route is complete with mountains, rock deposits, cliffs, and beautiful banks to look at while passing along the stretch of river. Tourists appreciate the sights so much, in fact, that thousands of people cross its waters each year just to get a glimpse of nature’s beauty.

Going to China just wouldn’t be the same without taking part in the relaxation so many tourists experience at the beaches each year. The most popular of China beaches are filled with palm trees, beautiful waters, and plenty of hotels and dining areas for tourists to buy services from. Going to a beach is also a great way to meet locals and learn more of the Chinese culture in its present day form.

The Chinese festivals that take place are also worthy of seeing if you are fortunate enough to be visiting while there is one going on. If you are, make every effort possible to see the festival, as it is truly a unique sight to behold. With many vendors and parades in the street, festivals are merry times in which the real culture of China, both past and present, can be experienced over the course of the festival.
